Our team consists of a group of girls that are eager to make a change in our community. The goal for our club is to promote the importance of a good night's sleep. This is a project that can impact our community positively because sleep deprivation is a consistent problem throughout high school students all over the city. Spreading awareness about this matter can help students understand how to solve this problem. We hope to accomplish our goal by learning more about healthy sleep habits and tips for relaxing, and setting up activities at our school to spread these ideas.
