spokesperson Sleep is important because without it, we feel a lack of ability or motivation to accomplish even the simplest of tasks. We also find it hard to pay attention, as we are often drifting off and cannot focus. Personally, I hate being sleep-deprived because it makes me feel depressed and gloomy. I always know that if I get enough sleep the night before, I'll have a fantastic day. |
